Introduction to Government Contracting
Federal, state, and local governments represent the largest purchasers of goods and services in the world. If you are interested in pursuing government contracting opportunities, this introductory workshop will guide you through the essential first steps. Participants will learn how to identify industry codes, gain a brief overview of federal registration platforms, explore certification opportunities at a high level, and receive an introduction to market research using the Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) profile tool.
