Short Term Vacation Rental Start Up

THIS IS AN ONSITE ONLY EVENT TO BE HELD AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING IN QUINTON, OKLAHOMA. Thinking of using your house or property for extra income by starting a short-term vacation rental? This presentation will walk you through information needed for decision making and set up of a vacation rental. We will cover basic information on Airbnb, VRBO and other short term rental platforms as well as tax information to consider. Attendees will have the opportunity to have their questions answered and receive a copy of the presentation with additional tips for success.
