HOSTED BY OKSBDC. Learn the basics of creating a budget which outlines your projected revenue, cost of goods sold, and projected expenses for the coming year. This workshop will help you understand how to create and set prices for products made, services provided, and items purchased to sell. Develop a clear understanding of what your weekly, monthly, and annual expenses are, and what you need to make to cover them. This class will empower you to control the finances of your business, allowing you to make the best decisions possible to enhance the growth of your business.
