THIS IS AN ON-SITE TRAINING BEING HELD AT WES WATKINS TECHNOLOGY CENTER. Hiring and managing employees can be challenging for small business owners. This workshop offers a practical overview of key HR essentials, including hiring best practices, employee classification, compliance with labor laws, basic policies and procedures, and recordkeeping. Whether you're hiring your first employee or refining your current processes, this session will help you build a solid HR foundation and avoid common pitfalls.
