Future opportunities for Open Solicitations. 5. Marketing to State Agencies, Cities and Counties. 6. Thresholds for fair and reasonable opportunities. 7. Mandatory vs non mandatory Contracts. 8. Contractors who want to subcontract. We will allow time for attendees to ask questions and engage with the speakers after the presentation.
