Topic: Start-up Assistance

Starting your own medical practice is an exciting and sometimes daunting opportunity. New practitioners (Physicians and Nurse Practitioners) often have excellent medical training without any background or training in setting up or running a practice. For your medical business to be successful, you need a clear and detailed plan at the outset to keep things moving on schedule. This workshop will help you outline a start-up timeline, actionable steps for starting your practice and resources from an experienced practitioner. You will also be introduced to a team of professionals who will continue to work with you as your open your practice doors - whether it is a traditional, direct care or concierge practice. Attendees will receive a copy of the presentation and handouts.
